It’s easy to get overwhelmed by the last new trendy marketing tool or by what your competitors are doing.
But we shouldn’t forget Peter Drucker’s definition of business: “the purpose of business is to create and keep a customer”.
As (tech) marketers, our goal is to design a great customer journey that ends with loyal and enthusiast customers.
Today, I really wanted to share with you some food for thoughts on how to build a “customer-centric MarTech stack”. Because the customer matters much more that the technology.
Bonus: A few resources about the potential of chatbots in marketing.
